The apartment has all appliances: gas stove, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge, bath, water boiler, toilet, cooker hood, drinking water treatment system (reverse osmosis), iron, ironing board. Bed linen included in the price. You can order meals for an additional fee.

Хозяин может отказать гостю в проживании если тот выходит курить на улицу чаще, чем раз в 2 часа, или приходит в комнату в ночное время. Check-in 14:00 - 20:00. Late arrivals after 22:00 - extra 50 UAH. Check-out is till 12:00. Late check-out till 20:00 - extra 100 UAH. The keys are not issued. Entrance to the apartment by a call to the mobile phone. The room is not recommended for smokers and those who like night walks from 23:00 to 07:00.
