Позднее заселение с 21:00 и раннее выселение до 8:00 возможны за дополнительную плату (100 UAH). Передача ключей осуществляется в квартире. Квартира не сдаётся для проведения вечеринок. Курение в квартире запрещено. Проживание с животными запрещено. При заселении необходимо иметь при себе паспорт и залоговую сумму в размере стоимости одних суток проживания.
