При бронировании на 1 сутки берется залог в сумме стоимости 1 суток, который возвращается при выезде. На праздники (Новый Год, Рождество, майские праздники и т.д ) берется залог за сохранность имущества. Гражданам Украины, которые размещаются на сутки или двое, следует иметь при себе два документа для регистрации (или один документ и именную кредитную карту). При размещении на три и более дней достаточно одного документа, подтверждающего личность (паспорт или водительское удостоверение). Регистрация заезда производится круглосуточно. Мы лично встречаем возле апартаментов и провожаем наших гостей, заселяем и передаем ключ. Квартира не сдается для проведения вечеринок и мероприятий. Не селим гостей младше 21 года. Standard check-in - 14:00, check-out - 12:00. Free early check in/late check-out is possible in appropriate circumstances. 100% (guaranteed) early check in/late check-out is possible if you pay 50% of the daily rate (the existence of such opportunities can be confirmed in 24 hours to arrival date). There is the pledge for stays of 1 night in the amount of the daily rent cost, which returns on departure. An insurance deposit is charged on holidays (New Year, Christmas, May holidays, etc.). Citizens of Ukraine who are placed for a day or two, should be in possession of two documents for the registration (or a single document and personal credit card). For stays of three days or more you need just 1 document confirming identity (passport or driving licence). Check-in is available 24 hours a day. We personally meet near the apartments our guests, settle and transfer the keys. Apartment does not rent for parties and events. We do not accommodate guests under 21 years of age.
