It is an one-bedroom apartment with insulated rooms, in the heart of the city, on Virmenska street, 12. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, in the historic city centre, with a good view. The apartment is located in a beautiful historical building. You can quickly reach all Lviv monuments, cultural and architectural sites. The apartment is spacious with new renovated and spacious kitchen with all appliances, heated floor. The apartment has 6 (2+2+2) sleeping places, 2 bedrooms with double beds with orthopedic mattresses, and large sofa bed with an orthopedic mattress. There are all new bed linens and towels, TV, plasma TV in every room. Microwave, electric kettle, gas cooker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, hot water, autonomous heating. The apartment has cable TV and powerful Internet Wi-Fi. Near the house there is a parking for your car. We provide reporting documents. There is a shuttle service. Расположение
Грязно, Старое застиранное постельное белье с пятнами. Картонные полотенца. Было такое ощущение, что их не стирают, а просто проглаживают после каждых посетителей. Было противно ложиться в постель, спали в одежде. Паутина на потолке и плесень на шторке в ванной, ужасный чайник с накипью. Не было нормального мыла. Стоял в ванной гель для душа, в туалете вообще ничего. В кухне разбавленный с водой дозатор, толи с мылом, толи с средством для мытья посуды.
5.80Месторасположение
1. Лестница, по которой подымаешься в квартиру, очень аварийная ! Мы останавливались с детьми ,так нужно было ребёнка держать и себя контролировать ,чтобы не упасть ! 2. Квартира совсем не уютная ….вариант не для семьи ,а обычный « ***дром»( извините за мою речь ), но так и есть ! 3. Убрана была поверхностно …углы в паутине и ноги чёрные от 5 минут ходьбы без тапочек ! 4. Белье и полотенца -это нечто .. знаете ,у меня половая тряпка намного чище выглядит .чем то ,что нас ждало там ! 5. Туалетная бумага была ,но тех времён ещё ….мыло жидкое было ,но тоже самый дешевый вариант ,что только возможен ! 6. Парковка там только платная так ,что рассчитывайте на это ! 30 грн /час ….мы заехали 2 машинами и ещё 1000 грн отдали за парковку ! И ладно если бы охраняемая ,а так -то нет …просто из -за того что самый центр ! Кстати ,в квартире тоже на двери прикреплено объявление ,чтобы ценные вещи не оставляли и видно ,что дверь уже взламывали ! И вообще она такая хлипкая ,что любой желающий это сможет сделать так ,что все вещи ценные были при нас ! И ещё, при заселении нас предупредили( это тогда когда мы были уже в квартире ) ,что там трабл с водой и колонка не вкл , и нет горячей воды ! И я такая смотрю на это все и + вода ,и просто в недоумении ! Может я что -то ещё упустила ,но вроде как все учла ! Для семьи это вообще не вариант.
