Отличное месторасположение, окна выходят во двор, нет уличного шума
Квартира очень "уставшая". Розетки вываливаются, шторы падают с петель, повторное закрепление не помогает, холодильник стоит в проваленном паркете, из-за чего нормально открыть не возможно, душ и краны разваливаются...
