Hot water is available around the clock. There are Kopiika and Tavriia-B supermarkets, Altairivskyi shopping center, many restaurants and cafes, entertainment facilities, beauty salons, private medical offices and much more near the house. Kyivskyi and Pivdennyi markets and a green park are nearby, the sea and Arkadia beach are in 10 minutes by transport, the railway station is in 10-15 minutes.
