Существует возрастное ограничение для гостей, путешествующих без сопровождения родителей либо взрослых родственников - 21 год. За курение в комнатах существует штраф в размере 400 UAH (эта сумма обусловлена ликвидацией последствий курения, а также моральными издержками хозяев в объяснениях с некурящими гостями, которым предстоит спать в прокуренной комнате, а возможен и их отказ от проживания). Дополнительная уборка квартиры, а также дополнительное постельное белье и полотенца доступны по запросу за дополнительную плату. Постоянным гостям гарантированы скидки. В случае сокращения гостем срока пребывания, сумма не возвращается, если гость бронировал жилье на срок до одного месяца.
