Нельзя приводить посторонних лиц с улицы и устраивать вечеринки.Хозяин оставляет за собой право досрочно расторгнуть контракт и выселить без денежной компенсации неадекватных гостей ,продолжающих устраивать бурные вечеринки после предварительного предупреждения. Также хозяин оставляет за собой право в исключительных случаях случаях перед поселением брать страховой депозит в сумме , эквивалентной 150 у.е. Деньги будут гарантированно возвращены во время выселения при условии целостности и сохранности имущества.
